For my first Service Experience Design paper, my partner and I developed East by West Quest, a concept that reimagines the Wellington ferry journey as an interactive and educational experience for families, friends, and teenagers.

For this Service Experience Design project, I worked in a pair to develop E.V.A (Educational Virtual Assistant) for Wellington City Library, a system designed to improve how students access and engage with learning resources.
The concept focuses on supporting students who feel stressed or overwhelmed by providing personalised, accessible, and easy-to-use academic tools. E.V.A helps users manage their time, access suitable resources, and build confidence in their learning abilities.
